The Phoenix Gold SX coax system features a 20mm silk dome tweeter mounted in the mid-bass directly on the axle. The mid-bass has a long-life butyl rubber bead that prevents unwanted resonance and acoustic artifacts and dampens mechanical vibrations. The passive crossover of the coax system has a slope of 18dB and is optimally tuned to the coax system for a smooth transition of the frequency range from the mid-bass to the silk dome tweeter. The SX69CX coax system offers excellent dynamic range and incredible musicality. It convinces with its tonal balance, good detail reproduction, and finely depicted three-dimensionality.
